Returns

Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team by texting "RETURN" to 4074944037 to initiate a return. 
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide you with a return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement.   

Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 45 days of the original order date. We will gladly replace the incorrect item, provided it is unused and in resalable condition.

If the specific item you need is out of stock, we will issue a store credit, including the original shipping cost, which can be used within 30 days of us receiving the returned item.
